HelloFresh is hiring a Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee fulfillment processes across warehouse, portioning, and pick-and-pack operations in a distribution centre. The role leads multi-department teams, develops operational culture, manages performance targets, coordinates with planning, supply chain, and logistics, drives continuous improvement and corrective actions, and maintains food safety, quality, safety, and facility standards. Candidates need at least 10 years of manufacturing or supply chain experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, and strong warehouse and food-safety knowledge; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred. The position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, with up to 20% travel within Canada, and pays CAD 140,000–160,000 annually.
