HelloFresh is hiring a Distribution Center Manager to oversee fulfillment operations across warehouse, portioning, and pick-and-pack processes in a distribution centre. The role leads multi-department teams, develops operational culture, manages performance targets, coordinates with planning and supply chain, drives continuous improvement, and maintains food safety, quality, safety, and equipment standards. Candidates need at least 10 years of manufacturing or supply chain experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, and strong leadership and operational knowledge; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred. The position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, with up to 20% travel within Canada, and pays CAD 140,000–160,000 annually.
