Description
The Site Director will serve as the primary customer and company contact for the Aerostar Tillamook business areas, including UAS test range and aerospace/space inflatable structures. The role combines business development, opportunity development, proposal and contract support, program planning, and on-site administration, while coordinating engineering, test operations, contracts, and program management teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8–12 years of relevant program management, business development, or technical project leadership experience, with DoD, aerospace, government, proposal, cost estimation, or contracting experience preferred. The salary range is $128,340.97–$192,511.45, with possible discretionary bonuses and benefits including health and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts or HSAs, EAP, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
