Description
Montgomery County Recreation is seeking a Site Director to lead and supervise recreation programs and activities at facilities or off-site locations. The role involves welcoming participants, providing customer service, setting up and maintaining equipment, monitoring safety and engagement, troubleshooting emergencies, enforcing program rules, supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating registrations and payments, and assisting with administrative tasks. The position requires 6,240 hours of relevant recreation leadership or instructional experience and two years of college education, with an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
