Amazon is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program at a Fort Worth, Texas site. The role partners with Operations leadership, develops safety culture and continuous-improvement initiatives, conducts risk assessments and site audits, analyzes safety data, oversees training and recordkeeping, and builds a high-performing WHS team. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of increasing responsibility in EHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations, and five years of increasing responsibility in people and performance management. The base salary is $94,200 to $141,400 USD annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
