The role involves driving safety and compliance, coordinating construction engineering activities, interpreting designs, assisting with design improvements, overseeing tenders, preparing construction budgets and reports, and monitoring progress against the programme. Applicants need a degree or diploma in building or construction or another recognised tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related field, along with communication, autonomy, decision-making, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
