Description
Downer is hiring a Site Engineer to support power systems and substation projects in its Utilities business. The role provides practical engineering support, coordinates delivery activities, and helps maintain safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance. Responsibilities include technical advice, stakeholder relationship management, subcontractor coordination, cost and forecast reporting, change management, and on-site delivery. The position follows a 10 & 4 roster and requires a Bachelor of Engineering, at least two years of relevant engineering experience, project engineering experience including subcontractor management, and demonstrated scheduling, financial management, reporting, and quality-management capability. Transmission industry experience is preferred.
