Description
The Site Engineer serves as the technical lead at project sites, conducting energy audits, collecting and maintaining technical data, installing and calibrating energy audit equipment, and supporting the implementation of energy-efficiency solutions such as smart lighting, AHU retrofits, chiller enhancements, and EMS deployment. The role coordinates with clients, Solutions Engineers, and Energy Analysts, monitors site activities, supports testing and commissioning, and ensures compliance with safety and engineering standards. Candidates need an engineering degree, 1–3 years of relevant fieldwork experience, knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems, and willingness to travel to client sites nationwide.
