Costain has secured significant work in the water sector, specifically supporting the AMP 8 investment cycle. They have been contracted by Northumbrian Water to manage the Living Water Enterprise, focusing on strategic infrastructure upgrades worth approximately £670 million over fifteen years. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing various projects, including STW upgrades and Storm Overflow works, throughout their entire lifecycle—from initial concepts to final handovers. This involves collaboration with internal design and delivery teams, external site operations, and supply chain partners.
