Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Mechanical – Firefighting Systems) to support the Resident Engineer/Construction Manager in supervising, installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining firefighting systems for port, marine, and liquid jetty infrastructure projects. The role involves fire protection engineering, foam and water deluge systems, fire safety compliance, engineering calculations, problem-solving, and guidance to entry-level engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on fire protection systems or a related discipline, at least 10 years of firefighting-systems experience, and experience with ports, marine facilities, oil and gas terminals, tank farms, or liquid jetty projects.
