Description
Ditsch Bau GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Site Foreman – Building Construction to organize and coordinate daily building-site processes, provide technical guidance to employees and subcontractors, assist with masonry, concrete, and formwork work, monitor quality and schedules, enforce occupational health and safety standards, coordinate with site management, and document simple site processes. The role requires vocational construction training or several years of building-construction experience, ideally prior site-foreman or leadership experience, and a Class B driver’s license. It offers an unlimited employment contract, performance-based compensation, varied construction projects, and work sites within approximately 50 km of home.
