Description
Nordec is hiring Site Foremen and Site Supervisors to support on-site execution during the installation phase of construction projects in Finland, Scandinavia, and international Northern Europe. The roles supervise work teams and subcontractors, monitor materials, equipment, schedules, quality, safety, and environmental compliance, assist with logistics and resource planning, and report progress to the Site Manager. Site Foremen require 1–3 years of relevant experience, while Site Supervisors require 3+ years; engineering degrees are preferred but extensive relevant experience may substitute. Fluency in English is required, and the roles may involve travel, periods, or expatriate work.
