FORVIA is hiring a Site HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs and serve as the operational and strategic HR partner for employees and business stakeholders. The role covers HR administration, organizational structure and recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, local and global HR initiatives, external provider coordination, onboarding and development, reporting, performance and bonus processes, audits, and worker council or union cooperation. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of operative HR experience, knowledge of local HR legislation and industrial organizational topics, strong communication and consulting skills, fluency in the local language and English, MS Office proficiency, and ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
