FORVIA is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs and serve as the trusted HR partner for employees and stakeholders. The role covers organizational structure, recruitment, HR administration, local and global HR initiatives, coordination of external HR service providers, onboarding and development, reporting and analyses, employee evaluations and bonus processes, audit support, and cooperation with worker councils or unions as applicable.
