TAPI is seeking a Site HR Director to lead the global HR strategy and employee lifecycle for a manufacturing site. The role partners with site leadership, oversees HR systems and change initiatives, manages workforce planning and recruitment, develops talent and training programs, supports employee relations and industrial relations, drives compliance and contract-labour management, and leads employee engagement and welfare activities. The position requires an MBA in HR, at least five years of business-partnership experience in a manufacturing or sales-driven organization, 15 years of overall HR experience, and expertise in employee relations, HR systems, global talent management, and pharmaceutical or API companies.
