Description
The Site HR Manager oversees onboarding, contractor labor management, performance and development, labor-law compliance, health and safety coordination, stakeholder engagement, and employee engagement across GCC Towers sites. The role requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a master's degree or MBA advantageous, and 3–10 years of HR experience including at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing unit, plant, or similar environment.
