Description

This role involves supporting the ABM Site Supervisor in delivering site improvement projects and minor works, defining project scopes, coordinating internal teams and contractors, and ensuring timely completion without disrupting client operations. The individual will also focus on technical asset and maintenance strategy, including troubleshooting facility issues, driving planned maintenance, developing spare parts stock, and optimizing energy management systems. Additionally, they will manage subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, conduct site inspections, and engage with stakeholders.

Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
UK Driving Licence

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: maintaining and fault finding on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building services assets.

using CAFM systems such as MRI CAFM.
using BEMS platforms such as Trend IQ Vision or similar.
commercial awareness with the ability to estimate labour and material costs.
Preferred Qualifications: experience using eSight or similar energy monitoring software.
knowledge of FMEA, Kaizen, 8D, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
excellent organisational and planning skills.
ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
