Description
The Client Relations Associate – Site Survey is a field-based role based out of Infinity Group’s Hartford Studio, with approximately 70–80% of the schedule spent traveling across the United States. The associate conducts visual and measured surveys of commercial properties, documents existing architectural, structural, and building-system conditions, annotates drawings, attends site meetings, and prepares organized notes, sketches, photographs, and reports for feasibility assessments. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in construction, design, real estate, or a related field, along with strong documentation accuracy, commercial-interior knowledge, communication skills, and familiarity with mobile documentation tools.
