Hive is hiring a Site Lead to own its Berlin flagship site, BER3, end-to-end. The role manages approximately 200 associates across fulfillment, warehouse, and 3PL operations; leads Area Managers; owns the site’s P&L, productivity, quality, safety, customer experience, and team health; and drives process, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires several years of leadership experience at scale, P&L ownership, strong analytical and people-management skills, fluent English, and a hands-on, solution-first approach. Compensation is €72,930–€104,550, with equity incentives and other benefits.
