Omitron is hiring an experienced Site Lead to run its Dahlgren team supporting the 19th Space Defense Squadron and the Astrodynamics Support Workstation. The role combines administrative, technical, and operational leadership: representing corporate leadership, managing personnel and schedules, serving as the technical authority for mission systems and software integration, guiding analysts and engineers, coordinating with customers and Prime teams, and leading site operations during surge or contingency events. The position is on-site at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Virginia, with standard business hours and flexibility for occasional surge or shift coverage.
