The Data Center Operations Manager independently manages a moderately complex data center, monitoring capacity, power, cooling, and other operational metrics; resolving routine and escalated technical issues; optimizing automation and monitoring tools; documenting incidents and root-cause analyses; supporting region builds and expansions; and overseeing installations, repairs, inventory, logistics, and component upgrades. The role collaborates with project teams, recommends purchases and deployments, and contributes to continuous improvement projects. The U.S. hiring range is $74,100 to $148,300 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
