The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring a full-time Site Leader to lead Before and After School Child Care programs. The role manages program strategy, staff, schedules, child safety, learning experiences, records, parent communication, and compliance with YMCA policies and Pennsylvania Department of Human Services regulations. Applicants must have an accredited degree in education or human services and at least two years of childcare experience.
