OnTrac is hiring a Sr. Operations Manager (Site Leader) to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at its Pittsburgh facility. Reporting to the Regional Director, the role coordinates performance across shifts, removes operational barriers, supports continuous improvement in safety, service, productivity, quality, and cost, and leads the operations management team. Responsibilities include facility planning and budgeting, performance evaluation, coaching and performance management, and coordinating with vendors and independent contractors. The position requires a GED or diploma, at least eight years of management experience, and experience with an independent contractor model; last-mile delivery or small-parcel experience is highly desired. The role is onsite, may require flexible scheduling for 24-hour operations, and offers a starting base salary of $99,560–$124,450 plus medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
