Meta is hiring a Data Center Site Logistics Operations Lead to oversee logistics operations at assigned data center sites across America’s Data Center locations. The role leads project assignments, resource alignment, inventory and asset audits, supplier and third-party logistics performance, process improvements, KPIs, safety compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of data center logistics or production IT experience, seven years of business analysis or program management experience, and knowledge of supply chain processes. The position requires 10% travel and may involve AI workflow optimization.
