Dash In, part of The Wills Group, is hiring a Site Maintenance Associate in Prince Frederick, Maryland to maintain the cleanliness, safety, appearance, and equipment of a convenience store, fueling areas, car wash, and surrounding property. The hands-on role includes general maintenance, cleaning, stocking, waste management, merchandising, deliveries, guest service, and support for daily store operations. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of customer service or maintenance experience, familiarity with hand and portable tools, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain mobile for at least six hours, outdoor-work flexibility, United States work authorization, and successful background-check and drug-screen completion.
