Description
The Clinical Research Administrator will support clinical research projects by maintaining databases and tracking systems, managing and processing documents, coordinating with investigative sites and external parties, resolving site-specific queries, supporting training and vendor-system access, handling mail and calls, arranging meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes. The role is office-based in Shanghai or Beijing and seeks a bachelor's degree in life sciences or above, with administrative experience preferred; fresh graduates and experienced candidates are considered. Chinese and English proficiency, organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
