Description
AbbVie is hiring a Site Management Lead to provide direction and operational expertise for clinical site management integrity, quality, and timeliness across assigned studies. The role may lead study-level global or area-level strategy and/or manage site execution, including site selection, activation, engagement, protocol adherence, monitoring oversight, risk mitigation, inspection readiness, and study closeout. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years of clinical research experience including two years in monitoring, project management, or equivalent global-study experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
