Firmus Technologies is hiring a permanent full-time Site Manager in Wesley Vale, Tasmania, to lead end-to-end execution of Network Layer 1 infrastructure for large-scale data center deployment projects. The role supervises network rack installation, fibre and copper cabling, patching, testing, and physical network equipment deployment; manages subcontractors and installation crews; coordinates with Network Engineers and Mechanical & Electrical teams for power and cooling readiness; and drives troubleshooting, issue closure, quality checks, testing, documentation, and handover. Candidates need a relevant diploma or degree, 5–10 years of network infrastructure or data center deployment experience, and strong site, contractor, troubleshooting, and construction-planning capabilities.
