Mick George Group is recruiting a Site Manager for its Earthworks division to take full ownership of live earthworks and soil stabilisation sites. Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Operations Manager, the role leads site supervisors, foremen, plant operators, and subcontractors; manages programme delivery, logistics, plant, quality, safety, records, and client and subcontractor relationships; and supports NEC4 and JCT obligations. The position requires at least five years of site management experience in earthworks or civil engineering, SMSTS and CSCS certification, knowledge of health, safety, environmental legislation and CDM 2015, direct team and subcontractor management experience, and a full UK driving licence. Work is based at varying Mick George Contracting sites across the country, with Monday–Friday site requirements and Saturdays as needed.
