The employer is seeking a Site Manager for a client in the Deerlijk region to manage civil works execution teams in telecom projects across Flanders. The role involves planning and managing subcontractors, monitoring work progress and quality, conducting safety checks, coordinating with project management, subcontractors, and client supervisors, and leading teams through execution. Candidates should have similar experience, PC and Excel proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a category B driving licence; civil works and fiber optics knowledge is advantageous. The position starts immediately on a permanent contract and offers a market-rate salary package.
