Description
The Project Manager / Site Manager will organize, plan, and follow up on multiple earthworks and infrastructure sites, coordinating employees, foremen, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, environmental, schedule, budget, and material requirements are met. The role also manages client and stakeholder communication, site meetings, technical and organizational challenges, and project handover. Applicants need a construction-related degree or equivalent experience, prior project or site management experience in earthworks, roadworks, or infrastructure, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of safety and quality standards, and a Category B driving license. The position offers a permanent contract after a successful interim period, monthly salary, group insurance, eco-vouchers, and 32 vacation days.
