Apeiros is hiring a Site Manager to establish and lead a new youth welfare site in Potsdam from August 2026. The role manages professional, personnel, and organizational aspects; leads a multidisciplinary team of social workers, educators, and students; implements the apeiros concept; oversees outpatient support, case management, reporting, quality assurance, and complex family cases; and builds partnerships with schools, youth offices, therapists, and other network partners.
