BHK Tief- und Rohrbau GmbH & Co. KG is hiring an experienced Site Manager for its Rheda-Wiedenbrück location. The role owns the site operationally and commercially, leads construction, project, skilled, and administrative staff, coordinates resources and capacity, and ensures project execution meets deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. The manager will also develop customer relationships, handle new orders, and collaborate with the management board and other SEIER Group locations. The position requires a civil engineering degree or comparable technical qualification, several years of professional experience, and ideally leadership experience in civil engineering and pipeline construction.
