BLISS Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Manager to oversee daily site operations, guest service, membership sales, team scheduling and training, safety and compliance, inventory, staffing, and customer issue resolution. The role pays $20 to $25 hourly plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus, offers paid time off and flexible hours, and includes medical, dental, vision, critical illness, and accident insurance plans. Managerial experience is required, while car wash, retail, or guest-service experience is preferred but not required.
