BLISS Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Manager to oversee daily site operations, guest service, membership sales, team scheduling and training, safety and compliance, inventory, staffing, and customer issue resolution. The role offers $22–$28 hourly pay plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid time off, flexible hours, medical, dental, vision, critical illness and accident insurance, a 401(k) with employer matching, and free weekly car washes. Managerial experience is required, while car wash, retail, or guest-service experience is preferred but not required.
