The role combines resident service, rent collection, vacancy and budget management, suite inspections and showings, lease administration, contractor coordination, inventory management, snow removal, cleaning, and touch-up painting. Applicants should have customer service, sales, or property management experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, computer and tablet experience, and strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
