Description
The Site Manager provides on-site field supervision and technical management for construction operations, directing personnel, equipment, and subcontractors; coordinating construction phases; maintaining schedules and drawings; managing budgets and labor costs; and ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and timely project delivery. The role requires an Associate of Science degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience, 5–10 years of design-build construction experience, computer and communication skills, and strong safety, leadership, communication, planning, and judgment abilities.
