Caliber Car Wash is hiring a full-time Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a car wash location, including hiring and developing employees, growing membership revenue, maintaining equipment and the building, building business relationships, and delivering customer service. The role requires at least five years of management experience, strong leadership and sales skills, point-of-sale proficiency, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
