Cunningham is hiring a full-time, permanent Site Manager in Clondalkin, County Dublin, reporting to the Contracts Manager. The role manages company employees and subcontractors, delivers multiple residential projects safely and within budget, coordinates suppliers and specialist subcontractors, manages programme slippage and changes, and maintains SHEQ and documentation standards. Candidates need a relevant construction management qualification or at least five years of construction management experience, including five years managing residential projects, along with knowledge of Irish construction regulations and strong communication and initiative skills.
