Dura Vermeer is hiring a Site Manager to manage renovation and sustainability projects in occupied homes across the Northern Netherlands. The role works on construction sites, coordinating tradespeople, residents, supply-chain partners, and clients while monitoring schedules, safety, quality, personnel, and materials. Candidates need an MBO or HBO construction engineering qualification, more than five years of relevant (assistant) site manager experience, broad project experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,291–€6,256 based on 40 hours, plus leave, insurance, pension, training, and other benefits.
