The role manages technicians, schedules work, coordinates chemicals and maintenance, develops safety and operational documentation, conducts audits, controls costs, supports customer and sales relationships, and may assist with contract retention. It requires at least three years of water treatment experience, administrative and budgetary operations experience, Microsoft Office competency, and an associate's degree in a technical field or engineering or equivalent experience. The position is based in Avon Lake, Ohio, operates from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, requires occasional weekend work and on-call emergency coverage, and offers a total compensation range of $81,200 to $121,700 including base pay and target incentive.
