Description
The Transportation Site Manager oversees customer satisfaction, profitability, safety, compliance, and daily operations at an assigned transportation site. The role manages employees, equipment, customers, routes, DOT and Hours of Service regulations, safety audits, maintenance, billing, payroll, staffing, training, discipline, and performance reviews. Candidates need transportation experience and either a four-year Supply Chain degree or five years of transportation management experience managing Class A drivers and DOT regulations. The position offers a base salary of up to $80,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
