ISS is hiring a full-time Site Manager in Brisbane to lead the delivery of the South Bank Parklands contract. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the role owns strategic leadership, operational performance, financial management, governance, service delivery, workforce planning, safety compliance, and stakeholder relationships. The position requires significant experience with large facilities or service contracts, P&L and budget management, multidisciplinary team leadership, client relationship management, workforce optimisation, subcontractor management, and HSEQ compliance. Facilities management, integrated services, precinct management, venue operations, public asset environments, workforce reporting platforms, and formal leadership or project management qualifications are desirable.
