The Site Manager will coordinate one or more large construction sites in the Antwerp region, lead foremen, workers, and subcontractors, and oversee work preparation, safety, quality, schedule, site planning, and progress. The role requires a construction-related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, prior site-management experience in structural, concrete, or finishing work, strong communication and motivational skills, and the ability to coordinate larger sites and set priorities.
