Konvert HR is hiring a Site Manager for a pharmaceutical company in the Geel region. The role manages Monday-through-Friday shift operations, ensures regulatory, well-being, and safety compliance, coaches and trains cleaning staff, creates schedules, inspects cleaning work, manages client relationships, improves services, handles administrative matters, and reports to the Campus Manager. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience, strong planning and communication skills, fluent Dutch, and MS Office proficiency; pharma or GMP experience, French or English fluency, and Navision knowledge are advantageous.
