Description
The Site Manager will oversee one or more construction sites from initial structural work through completion, coordinating daily operations, workers and subcontractors, schedules, materials, equipment, financial monitoring, quality, and project improvements. The role requires construction experience or a strong technical background, leadership, communication, and a practical problem-solving approach. It is mainly based in East and West Flanders, with the head office in Zedelgem, and includes training, support, and fringe benefits.
