Long View is hiring a Site Manager for its Edmonton branch to serve as the engagement leader and service owner for one or more clients. The role oversees client experience and service-level performance, manages escalations and change requests, coordinates service transitions, maintains operational documentation, and safeguards client infrastructure and data. Candidates need 10 years of managed services, client engagement, or IT site management experience, a technical foundation across server, virtualization, Linux, networking, security, and cloud technologies, and strong ITIL and service-management knowledge. The position includes an on-call rotation and offers permanent staff status, training, benefits, and a salary range plus 10% variable earnings.
