Description
Catholic Charities is hiring a Site Manager for its Housing Office in Albany and Troy. The role manages building security, health and safety, emergency response, rent collection, lease violations, eviction paperwork, janitorial staff, and maintenance reporting. It is an on-site, Monday-Friday position with rotating 24-hour on-call availability, a 40-hour schedule, and a live-in apartment included if hired. The minimum salary is $22.00 per hour and the maximum is $25.00 per hour. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, 3–5 years of staff supervision or site management experience, experience with a diverse population, Excel experience, a valid New York State driver's license, and LIHTC certification.
