NPSG Europe is hiring Site Leads / Site Managers for robotics, automation, and fit-out projects across the UK and Europe. The role is fully site-based and requires travel, including prolonged periods away. The position leads on-site operations, coordinates installation activities and multi-disciplinary crews, manages agency labour, represents the business with clients, and ensures compliance with construction and safety standards. Candidates need a technical background, at least two years of relevant site leadership experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
