Description
The Site Manager will lead the operational leadership of a delivery site with approximately 20 employees, manage on-site teams and further training, coordinate staffing and personnel planning, and take responsibility for site costs. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, judgment, management experience, team-development ability, and a class B driver’s license. The position is based in Zistersdorf, Lower Austria, and offers at least €3,193.49 gross monthly salary all-in, meal vouchers, a free Bank99 account, and an annual company share.
